Based in Wanaka, Owned and Managed by a couple mates Tim Pascoe and Gus Ryder

We are a team of five builders running two building crews one lead by Gus and the other by Tim. We only take on a select number of projects per year to ensure each project is allocated the time it deserves to produce a high quality finish.

The type of homes we build are mid-range specification starting from usually around $3500 - $5000 per square meter.

We are an established alternative to the housing franchise companies around town and can offer a competitive fixed price for custom home designs.

Our advantage to housing franchises is we do not have the same overheads of a nation wide franchise added into the final build price and passed on to the owner.
